SHIPPING
Annele offers free worldwide express shipping on all orders.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, Annele will send you an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once the product is dispatched.
Every piece of Annele jewelry is handmade-to-order in Finland and takes approximately 3-5 days after your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of the order.
Europe - 1-3 working days
UK - 1-3 working days
Rest of World - 1-3 working days
Please contact us hello@annele.world if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.
If your order is urgent and needed by any specific date please let us know and we will make it happen.
EU orders: All the EU orders will be shipped from Finland.
UK orders: All the UK orders will be shipped from London.
Rest of the World orders: Orders from Rest of the World will be shipped from Finland.
RETURNS
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn products in their original condition and packaging included, within 14 days of the delivery date.
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to hello@annele.world inside the 14 day window, or your return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible.
We also reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
