Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We really hope you love your ANNELE pieces as much as we do. But we completely understand if you've changed your mind and would like to return your order, and we've done our best to make the process as easy as possible.
Changed Your Mind?
If you're shopping from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days begin on the day you (or someone you've nominated) receive the last item in your order.
Fancy a Different Piece? (Free Exchanges)
If something isn't quite right, the easiest option is often to swap it for the piece you really want, a different colour, style or size, rather than returning and reordering. Exchanges are completely free: just mention what you'd like instead when you submit your return request, or email us at hello@annele.world with your order number, and we'll sort it out for you. Of course, if you'd prefer your money back instead, that's always absolutely fine, just follow the return steps below.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind before it arrives? You can cancel any order, free of charge, any time before it has been fulfilled (i.e. before we've packed and sent it on its way). Just log in to your account, or drop us a line at hello@annele.world with your order number, and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the return process below.
How to Start a Return or Withdrawal
The easiest way is to log in to your account and submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll receive a confirmation by email as soon as it comes through. Prefer a hand, or don't have an account? You're always welcome to email us at hello@annele.world before your 14 days are up, just include your order number. Either route works, and we're here to help with any questions.
Return Shipping
You're welcome to return your piece(s) in whichever way is easiest for you:
- Drop them in to any of our ANNELE stores in Helsinki, Tampere or Turku, completely free of charge.
- Use a prepaid return label from us, with the cost deducted from your refund: Finland €8, International €15.
- Send them back at your own cost using a carrier of your choice.
Condition of Items
We ask that piece(s) are returned in their original condition, unworn and with the original packaging. If an item isn't returned in its original condition, you may receive a partial refund reflecting its condition.
Processing Your Refund
Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as we can, and within 14 days at the latest. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you chose and paid for an upgraded or express delivery service, that paid shipping charge is non-refundable. This applies only to delivery you've actually paid for, so where your shipping was complimentary, there's nothing to deduct. Once your refund has been issued, it may take a few business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made pieces, anything made specifically to your order, cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, as they're created just for you.
