We really hope that you love your ANNELE pieces as much as we do. But we totally understand if you have changed your mind and want to return your order. We have done our best to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Initiating Your Return:

To start your return, simply notify us at hello@annele.world within 14 days of receiving your piece(s). Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. We’re here to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Return Options:

You can return for free at any of our stores—just bring the item(s) and your order confirmation. If you can’t make it to one of our stores, we can provide a return label for a fee of 15€, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you’re welcome to return the piece(s) at your own cost using a carrier of your choice.

Condition of Items:

We ask that the piece(s) are returned in their original condition—unworn and with the original packaging. If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, you may receive a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Processing Your Return:

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges:

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different colour or item, just let us know in your return email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom pieces, may not be eligible for return. If this applies to your purchase, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
