If you are not totally satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn products in their original condition and packaging included, within 14 days of the delivery date.

You must inform us of your intention to return the item to hello@annele.world inside the 14 day window, or your return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we have received your return it will be processed as quickly as possible.

We also reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
